West Coast Game Truck LLC – Client Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event or party. Discover and American Express is also accepted. A Non-Refundable $50 deposit is to be paid in full within 24 hours of receipt of deposit invoice. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full 24 hours before the date of the scheduled event or party.
Our booking dates and times go quickly. A Non-Refundable deposit of $50.00 is required for all bookings to reserve the date and time. The full remaining amount of the party will be due 24 hours before the date of the event or party. If a conflict should arise and a change of date and/or time needs to be made accommodations will be considered based on availability at no charge, within three (3) months of the original event date and only once. If cancellation is the only option ~ this will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the event.
Our primary service area is a 45-mile radius of Moreno Valley, California – Zip code 92553. We also service other areas but a fuel surcharge may apply. Please inquire for additional information.
West Coast Game Truck is designed to meet various weather conditions. There may events when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) West Coast Game Truck LLC reserves the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. When implement weather exist in your area, please contact us prior to the scheduled event as a courtesy.
West Coast Game Truck LLC does require a parent, guardian, relative, or responsible adult to be present inside our game trailer for parties with guests under age 7, and just outside of the trailer at all times for older children. Guests under the age of 15 require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise.
West Coast Game Truck LLC reserves the right to cancel any events where the use of drugs or alcohol is being used by individuals that become hostile, aggressive, or unable to control themselves. Our game coaches, assistants, and equipment will not be exposed to these types of environments. Cancellation due to these scenarios will not result in a refund.
West Coast Game Truck nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. In addition, West Coast game Truck reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. Also, West Coast Game Truck nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
West Coast Game Truck does not allow candy, food, or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering. You may be asked to utilize sanitation wipes upon entering the trailer for sanitation purposes and to avoid damage to products via “sticky fingers” or similar circumstances.
While your party is in effect the “Game Coach” or operator may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. We may use these photos on our Facebook page and/or our web site. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please contact us prior to the party or let the Game Coach know immediately upon our arrival. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.
Once the Non-Refundable $50 deposit is paid to West Coast Game Truck LLC, you will receive an email to download the invites. All you will have to do is save to your desktop or cell phone and print as many as you’d like to pass out to your guests TIPS: The “Game Coach” is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
Upon the arrival of West Coast Game Truck LLC, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object). We might also have to block a driveway. WE WILL NOT BACK INTO DRIVEWAYS **Please keep in mind that our “Game Coach” will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is VERY LONG and we will need a MINIMUM of 50 feet of space to park. Additionally, our “Game Coach” will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
West Coast Game Truck LLC, will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the” Game Coach” know as soon as you can after he/she arrives.
